In this humorous travelogue, Brooklyn native Phil Foster tours San Francisco, introducing its history, waterfront, Chinatown, Fisherman’s Wharf, and famously winding Lombard Street. Comparing the city with Brooklyn and the Old West, he comments on local names, customs, attractions, and foodways while presenting San Francisco as a distinctive blend of cultures, landmarks, and civic character.
